What are the eligibility dates for submissions?

Eligible games, updates, collaborations, creators, and design work must have been publicly released between January 2020 and August 2026.

Are MMOs eligible?

Yes. MMORPGs and live-service games are welcome to be nominated, provided they received a significant content, visual, customization, fashion, or character-related update between January 2020 and August 2026.

Can early access of beta games qualify?

Yes. Early access, beta, and limited regional releases are eligible if the content was publicly accessible during the eligibility period.

Are remasters, remakes, and re-releases eligible?

Yes. Remasters, remakes, and re-releases may qualify if they introduced meaningful updates to character design, customization systems, visual identity, or fashion-focused content.

Who can submit a nomination?

Anyone may submit a nomination, including players, developers, artists, creators, studios, brands, and community members.

Can I nominate myself or my own project?

Yes. Self-nominations are permitted across all eligible categories.

Can I submit my own design work or portfolio?

Currently, we are only accepting nominations for cosmetics and designs already released in a game. However, we are open to featuring outstanding conceptual work on across our socials -- feel free to send your portfolio to fija.dahlia@fashioningamingawards.com to be considered.

Note: Sending us your portfolio does not automatically mean it will be featured.

Can cosmetic updates or redesigns qualify?

Yes. Character redesigns, updated skins, new customization systems, fashion drops, accessories, and visual overhauls released during the eligibility period are all eligible for consideration.

Can a single game or creator be nominated in multiple categories?

Yes. A game, designer, creator, or studio may be nominated in multiple categories if they meet each category’s eligibility requirements.
